Last week, we passed the first of the fire inspections. Our Ansul system has been okayed. This week we get the second fire inspection, and have our final inspection scheduled for Friday.

One of the original Pony Express stations (Twelve Mile House) was located in Pollock Pines. The area was primarily a lumber community (the town is named for H.R.
